The insulating tower head comprises three insulating truss modules which are consistent in size and are vertically arranged. Wire hanging rods extending out transversely are arranged on the ground wire upper-frame and the steel tower body, a ground connection steel strand is connected between the wire hanging rods, three-phase wires penetrate out of the insulating truss modules respectively, and the steel tower body is in a narrow long shape. Three-phase wire penetration design is adopted, cross arm erection wires do not need to be arranged additionally, the widths of the tower head and the tower body are reduced, narrow long shape design is adopted, and the tower body structure is further optimized, so that the tower body is symmetric and stable.
