The invention discloses a sidewalk rainwater circulating system, which comprises a roadbed, wherein geotextile, a base course, a first buffer layer, liquid circulating bricks, a second buffer layer and crystal breathable bricks are distributed on the surface of the roadbed sequentially from bottom to top; reservoirs, which are distributed at intervals, are arranged in the roadbed; cover plates are arranged on the reservoirs; the cover plates are made from a water-seepage material; the reservoirs mutually communicate by virtue of connecting pipelines; and the upper end of each reservoir is additionally connected to a urban drainage pipeline by virtue of an overflow pipe. The sidewalk rainwater circulating system provided by the invention has functions of water permeability, water seepage and water storage; and the sidewalk rainwater circulating system not only avoids rainwater disasters but also achieves the effective utilization of rainwater resources to develop the functions of a sponge city.
