The invention provides a preparation method of an aurora glossy and colorful film-coated button. The method includes the steps of: spraying a polished button green body with bottom paint, coating the green body with a fantasy colorful film layer, and coating the green body with a wear-resistant layer to prepare the button. Besides a solvent, the bottom paint includes, by mass, 65-76.7 parts of photosensitive resin, 15-22.6 parts of a crosslinking monomer, 3.5-4.5 parts of a photosensitive agent, 0.05-0.2 parts of a defoamer, and 0.35-0.55 parts of a flatting agent. In the invention, the bottom paint having specific composition is sprayed onto the surface of the button, so that combining force between the coated film layer and the bottom paint is enhanced, thereby bringing convenience to subsequent processing. The wear-resistant layer is applied after the fantasy colorful film layer is formed, so that the button is improved in wear-resistant, water-resistant and solvent-resistant performances and is free of secondary bottom paint spray coating. The surface of the button has a fantasy colorful effect, so that the button can satisfy demands on appearance and performances of different users.
