The invention relates to a processing technology for a polypropylene reinforcing and toughening composite material. The processing technology includes the steps that polypropylene, glass fibers, organic montmorillonite and nanometer calcium carbonate are dried; then a flexibilizer is added, and the mixture is stirred and mixed; the mixture is subjected to melting extrusion prilling on a twin-screw extrusion machine; a material after prilling is dried; finally, the dried material is subjected to injection molding, and the reinforcing and toughening composite material is obtained. According to the processing technology, polypropylene is modified through the polypropylene, the glass fibers, the organic montmorillonite and the nanometer calcium carbonate, the prepared material can be reinforced and toughened through the glass fibers and the flexibilizer, and the strength of the material can be further improved through the nanometer calcium carbonate and the organic montmorillonite; the strength of the composite material prepared with the method is greatly improved, and the application range is wide.
