The invention relates to an energy efficiency monitoring terminal with uninterrupted power and installation method thereof. The terminal comprises a pedestal, a wire bracket and a wire cover. One end of the wire bracket and wire cover can be installed on the pedestal, with the other end connected with the pedestal by fixing bolt of wire bracket and fixing bolt of wire cover. A wire clip can be installed inside the wire bracket. An wire clip adjusting bolt is installed outside the wire bracket and the head of the wire clip adjusting bolt is connected with the wire clip. Two connecting terminals of null lines are set in front of the pedestal and two tightening bolts of null lines are installed on the left of the pedestal to tighten the null lines in the connecting terminals of null lines. The invention realizes the installation method without power outage, wiring and maintenance and decreases the installation cost by 70%. The installation time of each location is decreased from the original 2h to 10min. Various complicated steps are omitted in the installation process, thus the work efficiency is improved.
