The invention relates to a method and device for measuring the temperature of a 10kV cable connector of a distribution automation ring main unit. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) preparing a temperature measuring device for the 10kV cable connector of the distribution automation ring main unit; 2) transmitting the collected 10kV cable connector temperature data to an intelligent wireless receiving terminal through a wireless communication network by an intelligent wireless collector; 3) processing and storing the received gap temperature wireless signal by the intelligent wireless receiving terminal, and then transmitting the information to a distribution automation terminal DTU; and 4) sending the temperature information to a distribution automation master station by the DTU through a distribution automation communication system, and displaying information, including the temperature of each gap cable connector of the distribution automation ring main unit, the temperature variation trend, the working state of the temperature measuring device, and the like, on a background computer of the distribution automation master station. According to the method, the automatic real-time monitoring for the temperature of the 10kV cable connector of the distribution automation ring main unit can be realized, and the running reliability and operation and maintenance efficiency of the distribution automation device can be promoted.
