The invention discloses a preparation and dyeing method for a polyester fiber-flax fiber blended and dyed yarn. The blended and dyed yarn comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40%-80% of flax fiber and the balance of polyester fiber. The blended and dyed yarn is prepared by the following steps: long flax strip forming, rough yarn preparation, biological degumming, fine yarn preparation, fine yarn bleaching, acid pickling, dyeing, reduction cleaning, cleaning, and drying. By virtue of a production method provided by the invention, the polyester fiber-flax fiber blended and dyed yarn with dyeing property, comfort feel, hygroscopicity, lightness, thinness, glossiness, gas permeability, antibacterial property and mite inhibiting property can be prepared.
