The invention provides a method for measuring the flora denitrification contribution rate and activity of a full-autotrophic denitrification process. The method includes: building a reactor, inoculating sludge, allowing the reactor to operate and calculating the denitrification contribution rate and activity. By setting oxygen-limit experiments and anaerobic experiments, the denitrification contribution rate of autotrophic denitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria in the reactor in actual operation and the activity of the autotrophic denitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria under an anaerobic condition are measured respectively. The method is simple, fast, applicable to an autotrophic denitrification system and capable of being popularized and used in other sewage treatment systems.
