The technology comprises the steps that 1, superfine silicate type low-grade hard-dressing hematite roughing concentrate pulp with the concentration of 25% to 45%, the Fe grade of 30% to 40% and the Si grade of 30% to 40% is treated with rough separating equipment to obtain rough separating undersize ore and rough separating oversize ore; 2, the rough separating undersize ore obtained in the step 1 is subjected to centrifugal jigging to obtain quality-improved and silicon-reduced concentrate and tailings. According to the technology, by means of dual grading of concentrate rough separating and centrifugal jigging, recycling of hematite and part of weakly-magnetic hematite which is attached to silicate gangue and finely disseminated is achieved, and the purposes of improving the grade of the low-grade hematite concentrate and reducing the silicon content are achieved; meanwhile, the yield of iron ore is increased, the problems that a reverse flotation technology is high in wastewater purification cost and chemical cost, a single gravity concentration technology is low in yield, and a flux weakening-centrifuging technology is low in concentrate quality are solved, and the advantages that the process is easy and convenient to operate, the quality improvement and silicon reduction effects are obvious, and the yield is high are achieved.
