The partially separable smart capsule comprises a main chamber, a reaction chamber, a battery chamber and two fixing rings, wherein a power control module, a wireless transmission module, a signal acquisition circuit and two baffles I are arranged in the main chamber; a baffle II, a gastric juice detection sensor and through holes are arranged in the reaction chamber; a miniature battery and a baffle III are arranged in the battery chamber; the gastric juice detection sensor is used for detecting a disease marker in gastric juice and detecting multiple markers simultaneously; the two fixing rings can be made of degradable materials, the miniature battery and the power control module are connected through a contact or a resolvable wire, and the gastric juice detection sensor is wirelessly connected with the signal acquisition circuit; under the condition that the two fixing rings are both made of the degradable materials, the battery chamber and the reaction chamber can be separated after the smart capsule finishes detection in the stomach, the whole capsule is resolved into three parts, the length of the whole capsule is shortened greatly, and the risk that the capsule enters a human body but cannot be discharged can be reduced effectively.
