本发明涉及一种配电网规划方案成本效益比计算方法，通过在配电网规划方案技术经济评价研究中，引入成本效益比分析方法，并结合全寿命周期成本理念，研究各类成本、效益的货币化量化表征方法，提出配电网规划方案的成本、效益实用化算法，本发明能够为配电网规划方案的制定提供指导依据。

The invention relates to a power distribution network planning scheme cost-effectiveness calculation method. A cost-effectiveness analysis method is introduced into technical economical evaluation research of a power distribution network planning scheme, through combination with a full-life cycle cost idea, monetization quantitative representation methods of various costs and benefits are studied, and a cost-effectiveness practical algorithm of the power distribution network planning scheme is brought forward. According to the invention, a guidance basis can be provided for formulation of the power distribution network planning scheme.
