The invention provides a double-sided board wire-based NFC (Near Field Communication) antenna and an electronic device. The antenna comprises copper electric conduction wires, a base material, adhesive bodies, an ink layer and copper through holes; one surface of one copper electric conduction wire is bonded onto one surface of the base material, and the corresponding adhesive body is bonded onto the other surface of the copper electric conduction wire; one copper electric conduction wire is bonded onto the other surface of the base material; the copper through holes of the base material are connected with the copper electric conduction wires at the two surfaces of the base material; and the copper electric conduction wires at the two surfaces of the base material are overlapped completely or partially. Compared with a conventional NFC antenna, the double-sided board (FPC) overlapped copper electric conduction wire-based NFC (Near Field Communication) antenna of the invention is enhanced in eddy-current effect and improved in overall radio frequency performance since the length of the copper electric conduction wires is increased in a limited area.
