A partial discharge automatic calibration system provided by the present invention comprises an industrial control computer, a control signal generator, a pulse generation circuit and a collector. The control signal generator is connected between the output end of the industrial control computer and the pulse generation circuit, and the collector is connected with the input end of the industrial control computer. The output end of the pulse generation circuit is connected with the input end of an electric power device sample, and the input end of the collector is connected with the output end of a partial discharge measurement system. Compared with the prior art, the partial discharge automatic calibration system provided by the present invention integrates various functions as one, such as the control, the signal generation, the signal acquisition, the waveform analysis, etc., overcomes the defects that the conventional partial discharge measurement system is low in efficiency, narrow in calibration range and few in calibration gears, at the same time, enables the complicated manual operations to be reduced and the working efficiency to be improved remarkably.
