The invention discloses a simulation smart watt-hour meter. The simulation smart watt-hour meter includes a watt-hour meter main board as well as a simulation fault control board and a communication conversion control box which are connected with the watt-hour meter main board; the communication conversion control box communicates with the watt-hour meter main board through an RS485, so that the communication conversion control box can read the data of the watt-hour meter main board; the communication conversion control box communicates with the simulation fault control board through an RS485; the watt-hour meter main board includes a microprocessor, a measurement circuit, a communication module, a display module, a charge control module, a clock module, a multi-function output module and a power source module; and the measurement circuit, the communication module, the display module, the charge control module, the clock module and the multi-function output module are connected with the microprocessor and the power source module. The current signals and voltage signals of a power frequency power supply are monitored, the current signals and voltage signals are directly converted into pulses through the measurement module; the pulses are transmitted to the microcontroller; subsequent measurement work is completed by the microcontroller; and therefore, the circuit of the simulation smart watt-hour meter is simple in structure and perfect in function.
