The invention relates to a heat transfer printing disperse dye composition and heat transfer printing disperse dye and a preparation method and application thereof. The disperse dye composition is composed of a component A with the structure shown in the formula I, a component B with the structure shown in the formula II and a component C with the structure shown in the formula III (please see the formulas in the description). The heat transfer printing disperse dye is prepared from the heat transfer printing disperse dye composition, an auxiliary and water and is high in washing fastness, rubbing fastness, perspiration fastness, lifting force and transfer printing rate and good in repeatability.
