The invention relates to a barreled drinking water barrel which comprises a water barrel body and an encapsulation head; a water barrel opening part is provided with an inner flange; the encapsulation head comprises a hard mounting part and a hard water leakage core part for being fixed and embedded into the water barrel opening part; the hard mounting part comprises an inner barrel and an outer flange part; an expansion mechanism is arranged on the inner barrel; the expansion mechanism comprises a push rod, a spring, an ejector rod and a soft sealing element; the inner end of the push rod is an inclined pushing face which is inclined downwards; the outer end of the inclined pushing face extends to an inner hole of the hard mounting part; the spring is positioned in a mounting through hole; the inner end of the spring is fixedly connected to the outer end of the push rod; the outer end of the spring is fixed to one end of the ejector rod; the soft sealing element is sealed on the outer wall of the hard mounting part at an outer end opening of the mounting through hole; the other end of the ejector rod corresponds to the inner surface of the soft sealing element; and the hard water leakage core part is detachably connected into the inner hole of the hard mounting part. The encapsulation head is plugged by means of elastic force, and can be prepared from a hard and healthy material, and the barreled drinking water barrel is novel in structure and can be repeatedly recycled.
