The invention discloses an intelligent insole and method for rehabilitation training in a tele-medicine mode. The intelligent insole comprises a functional layer. The functional layer comprises a front section, a middle section and a rear section. Multiple pressure sensors are arranged at multiple stress points of the front section and the rear section respectively, the middle section is provided with a data acquisition box, a control circuit board and a battery module are arranged in the data acquisition box, the control circuit board is in communication with the pressure sensors to acquire the stress sequence, pressure values, stress frequency and stress number of times of the pressure sensors, and then a training record of a patient is generated; the control circuit board is in communication connection with user intelligent equipment, and the user intelligent equipment is in communication connection with a tele-medicine center. The patient can be reminded of rehabilitation training, whether training, including the stress point sequence, pressure values, frequency, the number of steps and the like, of the patient meets requirements or not is monitored, and if training is not correct, a buzzer can give a corresponding alarm prompt to the patient; after training is completed, a system can automatically generate the training record.
