The invention discloses an electric automobile charging facility operation state analyzing system and method based on cloud computing. The method comprises the steps of with the purpose that a structure and various elements of an evaluation indicator system all satisfy service optimization, employing a service decomposition and hierarchical structure analysis method, decomposing a target layer into criterion layers, decomposing the criterion layers into indicator layers, and forming an indicator system model of a tree structure; analyzing and mining state measurement data of charging facilities of an electric automobile, washing the data and extracting effective information; and judging the operation condition of the charging facilities according to the indicator system model for an operation effect and a service capability of public charging facilities. According to the system and the method, through adoption of a cloud computing network, a big program is segmented into small program modules by employing cloud computing, the small program modules are integrated to form an analysis result, the scattered data is uniformly integrated, the massive data is processed by employing the cloud computing technology, and the influence resulting from continuous increase of the data of the charging facilities is solved.
