The invention discloses a burst optical signal amplification control method, a burst optical signal amplification control device and a burst optical signal amplification system. The method comprises the following steps: a first input optical signal is acquired, wherein the first input optical signal includes an optical signal before passing through a delayer; a delay time and a first feed value of the first input optical signal are determined according to the first input optical signal, wherein the first feed value includes a current value output by a pump in an optical amplifier when a second input optical signal passes through the optical amplifier, the delay time includes the length of time from the time when the first input optical signal is timed to the time when a current is output by the pump, and the second input optical signal includes an optical signal after passing through the delayer; and at the end of the delay time, the pump uses the first feed value to optically amplify the second input optical signal to get an optically amplified output signal. Amplification of the first input optical signal after delay is realized, and the length of delay can be used to calculate the first feed value accurately.
