The electrode plate comprises a first longitudinal pole piece, a first transverse pole piece, a second longitudinal pole piece, a second transverse pole piece and a third longitudinal pole piece, wherein activated carbon layers are arranged on two side surfaces of each of the first longitudinal pole piece, the first transverse pole piece, the second longitudinal pole piece, the second transverse pole piece and the third longitudinal pole piece; and the components of the activated layers are consistent with those of a carbon electrode. According to the super capacitor electrode plate, the components of the activated layers are consistent with those of the carbon electrode of the super capacitor electrode plate, so that the surface area of the carbon electrode is further improved to further expand the capacity of a super capacitor.
