The invention relates to the technical field of an electric power system, and particularly to a secondary maintenance security arrangement supporting system for an intelligent transformer substation and an establishing method thereof. The establishing method of the secondary maintenance security arrangement for the intelligent transformer substation comprises the following steps of 1, generating a secondary maintenance security arrangement standard database according to an acquired secondary maintenance security arrangement enhancement principle; 2, searching and obtaining matched secondary maintenance security measure standard data from the standard database according to column information which is carried in a secondary maintenance security arrangement bill; and a third step, acquiring a keyword which corresponds with a preset operation parameter of the intelligent transformer substation, if a fact that the keyword exits in the secondary maintenance security measure standard data is determined, acquiring a manual control instruction; optimizing the secondary maintenance security measure standard data according to the instruction, and obtaining the secondary maintenance security measure. Through the establishing method, maintenance personnel can position an isolating object and determines an isolating measure completely, visually and accurately, thereby realizing high establishing efficiency and low workload.
