The rotating sliding mechanism pushes a pressing plate, the pressing plate compresses a disc spring, and a brake plate is separated from a friction plate. The braking relieving device has the advantages that the disc spring can bear extremely large load in a small space, the space required by the disc spring is smaller than the space require by a spiral spring, braking needs not to be achieved through an external force source after the rotating sliding mechanism relieves braking force, and a braking effect is achieved automatically when a motor stops working.
