The invention discloses a device and a method for sintering waste heat power generation by utilization of wet saturated steam, and belongs to the technical fields of iron-and-steel enterprise steam energy-saving equipment and utilization methods. The technical scheme is as follows: a steam heat accumulator is connected with a steam filtering cleaner through a pipe; the steam filtering cleaner is connected with a gas-type superheating device; superheated steam generated by the gas-type superheating device is connected with a gas distributing cylinder through the pipe; the gas distributing cylinder is connected with a dual-pressure steam turbine through a main steam pipe. The device and the method disclosed by the invention have the advantages that the heat accumulator outputs stable wet saturated steam, dry saturated steam is conveyed after the stable wet saturated steam is suffered from gas-water separation by the steam filtering cleaner, the dry saturated steam is fed into the gas-type superheating device and is converted into the superheated steam after heating, the superheated steam is conveyed to the gas distributing cylinder through the steam pipe, and the superheated steam is mixed with sintering waste heat and then is fed to the dual-pressure steam turbine for realizing power generation by means of doing work. The device and the method disclosed by the invention have the advantages that a new way for generating power by utilization of the wet saturated steam of an iron-and-steel enterprise is developed, the problem of frequent shutdown due to the fact that the sintering waste heat power generation is not supported by any ordinary boiler is solved, and significant economic benefits and social benefits are obtained.
