The invention provides a pile sinking construction method based on an assembly movable platform. The method comprises the following steps that a, steel pipe piles are constructed in a plate pile construction area in the plate pile paving direction side by side; b, the tops of each row of steel pipe piles are provided with a transverse beam; c, longitudinal beams are uniformly arranged between every two transverse beams at intervals and are distributed in the plate pile paving direction; d, panels parallel to the transverse beams are arranged on the longitudinal beams; e, crawler cranes are placed on a walking plane; f, guiding frames are erected between the tops of the two transverse beams which are not provided with the panels; g, plate piles are lifted through the crawler cranes, and the plate piles are constructed after being subjected to guiding positioning through the guiding frame; and h, the panels, the longitudinal plates and the guiding frames between the two transverse beams close to the plate piles are disassembled, and the steps from f to g are repeated in the area where the plate piles are not constructed. According to the pile sinking construction method based on the assembly movable platform, the stress is clear, the method cannot be influenced by wind waves, and the precision and efficiency of pile sinking are high.
