The invention discloses a method for depositing a nickel oxide film on the surface of a metal material. The method comprises the following steps that a, the surface of the metal material is preheated such as polishing and cleaning; b, the metal material is put into an insulation fixture and subjected to insulating treatment; c, the metal material is subjected to electroplating treatment, and a zinc transition layer is formed; d, after electroplating, the insulation fixture is released and taken down; e, the metal material is subjected to co-sputtering treatment, and the nickel oxide film is deposited on the zinc transition layer through a nickel oxide target; and f, the metal material with the nickel oxide film in a depositing manner is subjected to roasting, thermal insulation and cooling, and the material with the nickel oxide film in the depositing manner is obtained. According to the method for depositing the nickel oxide film on the surface of the metal material, before electrodeposition of a ceramic film, the electrogalvanizing manner is adopted, the zinc transition layer substrate is formed on the surface of the metal through an electrogalvanizing manner, and the defects that the bonding force of the metal material and the ceramic film is weak, and the film can be peeled off easily and fails easily are overcome; and through the nickel oxide film, the buffering strength of the metal material can be enhanced remarkably, the anti-attrition effect is remarkable, the process is simple, the industrialization cost is low, and the economic and social benefits can be increased.
