The invention provides achloroprene rubberfoaming shoe sole material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method generally comprises the following steps that 1, tremolite is ball-milled to obtain wet-milled slurry, magnesium chloride and sodium stearate are added to the wet-milled slurry, and a crystal whisker precursor is prepared; 2,the crystal whisker precursor is dried and pressed into a sample to be sintered, the sample to be sintered is put in a sintering furnace for sintering, and a tremolitecrystal whisker is obtained; 3, the tremolitecrystal whisker is modified by using carboxymethyl cellulose and polyvinyl butyral to obtain a modified tremolitecrystal whisker; 4, neoprene, a promoting agent, an anti-aging agent, a vulcanizing agent, an activator, plasticizer, a foaming agent and softening oil and the modifiedtremolitecrystal whisker are added toa mixer for mixing till the temperature rise to reach 110 DEG C, then the mixture is discharged out of the mixer, the mixture is cooled and then is put in an open mill for 3 times of thin-passing, triangular packaging is performed for standing for 10 hours, after tabletingthe mixture is put in an oil press after tableting, foaming is performed at the temperature of 130DEG C for 20 minutes, and foaming is performed again at the temperature of 150DEG C for18 minutes. The prepared shoe sole material does not easily crack and is good in cold resistance.
