The invention discloses a gel microsphere system and a preparation method thereof, a gel microsphere dispersion system and a gel microsphere reinforced polymer flooding system. The gel microsphere system is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass through emulsion polymerization under the conditions of ultraviolet initiation and thermal initiation: 5-15% of a water-soluble anionic monomer, 15-35% of acrylamide, 1-15% of a dispersing agent, 0.07-1.05% of a crosslinking agent, 10-25% of a surfactant, 10-20% of an oily solvent, 0.14-0.85% of a photoinitiator, 1-3% of a thermal initiator and 10-30% of water. The gel microsphere reinforced polymer flooding system is a double-dispersion system, wherein the gel microspheres can block the dominant pathway of stratum to realize an effect of turning liquid flow and reduce polymer cross flow; meanwhile, by virtue of the carrying effect of the polymer dispersion system, the gel microspheres can be moved deep into the stratum to realize an effect of deep profile control.
