The invention discloses an imitated stone decoration member and a production method thereof. The imitated stone decoration member comprises a concrete member body and an imitated stone decoration face layer integrally compounded on the concrete member body. The imitated stone decoration face layer is prepared from, by mass, 80-120parts ofwhite cement, 80-150parts ofquartz sand, 7-10parts ofkaolin,0.5-1.5 parts ofpolycarboxylate superplasticizer, 7-12parts ofemulsion, 2-8parts ofexpansive agent, 1.5-3parts of short fiber, 10-30parts ofexpanded perlite and 24-36parts of water. By improving the raw materials and mass parts of the imitated stone decoration face layer, the problems including bubble defects, non-ideal color and luster and the like of the decoration face layer are solved, the connecting properties of the imitated stone decoration face layer and a concrete member body are improved, and the imitated stone decoration member has the advantages of being attractive, high in strength and lightweight.
