The invention discloses sugar-free plum jam and a production method thereof. The jam is prepared by the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of fresh plums, 4-6 parts of fresh lemon juice, 6-8 parts of sweet osmanthus with honey, and 8-12 parts of leaching liquor of fresh grosvenor momordica fruits; and the method comprises the following steps: boiling, cooling, packing in bottles, and sealing. The jam is advantageous in that the plums can promote secretion of gastric acid and digestive enzyme in stomach, and improve appetite and promote digestion; the jam is sour-sweet and tasty, foodstuff additives are not added in the production process, and the jam has abundant nutrition; the jam can be smeared on breads, mixed in yoghourt or added in water, in order to promote appetite and supplement vitamins with simple production method.
