The invention relates to a method for removing arabinose in wheat bran oligosaccharide through Sporobolomyces singularis fermentation and belongs to the field of fermentation engineering. The method improves bifidobacterium proliferation effects of wheat bran oligosaccharide. The method is characterized in that Sporobolomyces singularis is used as a fermentation bacterial strain and wheat bran oligosaccharide is used as a fermentation matrix. The wheat bran oligosaccharide liquid is inoculated with the Sporobolomyces singularis according to a certain ratio and then is fermented at a fermentation temperature of 25 DEG C at a rotation rate of 160r/min for 8h so that the highest arabinose removal rate is 33%. External fermentation experiment data shows that compared with the wheat bran oligosaccharide with arabinose, the wheat bran oligosaccharide without arabinose has a lower gas production amount, lower pH and higher lactic acid content. After a part of the arabinose is removed, wheat bran oligosaccharide has substantial effects of propagation of beneficial bacteria such as bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria.
