The invention provides a floating-type multi-core electric connector for coupling of an electric system between couplers. The floating-type multi-core electric connector comprises multiple contacts for connecting two adjacent couplers and an insulated body for mounting the contacts, wherein the insulated body comprises a shell fixed on the coupler and an inner insulated body sleeved in the shell; elastic elements are connected between the inner insulated body and the shell. In the case of coupling between couplers, two butt-joint couplers are tightly attached, and the inner insulated body overcomes the resistance of the elastic elements under pressure of a first contact surface to be contracted; and when the couplers are decoupled, the inner insulated body is returned under effects of the elastic elements. Requirements of a coupler pulling-pressing conversion working condition during the operation process can be met, and contact signals between a moving contact and a static contact can be ensured to be stable.
