The present disclosure relates to an electrodynamic force compensation connecting structure between movable guide rods and a conductive pedestal. When the connecting structure is electrified, an electrodynamic force between the first movable guide rod and the second movable guide rod which are independent and move synchronously is used for compensating for a Holm force between each movable guide rod and the conductive pedestal, and increasing contact pressure between each movable guide rod and the conductive pedestal; further, a main shaft can provide an axial clamping force for the two movable guide rods by arranging a disc spring or a spring between the main shaft and each of the two movable guide rods, thus the influence of the Holm force between contact surfaces of each movable guide rod and the conductive pedestal is cancelled, and the contact pressure between each movable guide rod and the conductive pedestal is further increased, thereby guaranteeing good electric contact between the two movable guide rods and the conductive pedestal in an electrified state.
