The invention relates to a power grid information superposition dynamic display method and device. The power grid information superposition dynamic display method includes: establishing a real-time database for receiving power grid real-time data acquired by an SCADA (Supervisory control and data acquisition) system, wherein the real-time database further includes a measurement point information table, a real-time data table and a historical data table; managing the real-time database through the measurement point information table; and rapidly reading data needing to be displayed from the real-time database. The method can achieve acquisition of real-time data through the existing SCADA system, and is independent of the conventional SCADA databases; reading is not limited by the processing speed of the existing SCADA system; real-time data in the SCADA system and data in a two-dimensional GIS system can be organically fused together and can be displayed uniformly in real time.
