According to the present invention, the sinusoidal signal is converted into the mechanical vibration by using the vibration exciter to make the metal beam spring vibrator perform the forced vibration, the approximate value of the resonant frequency is obtained through the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of the metal beam spring vibrator by using the sweep generator, and the resonant frequency is further precisely determined by using the sinusoidal signal source and the oscilloscope so as to calculate the Young's modulus. The experiment apparatus and the experiment method of the present invention are suitable for the measurement of the Young's modulus.
