The invention discloses a condenser heat transfer performance evaluation method based on statistical analysis of operation data, and belongs to the technical field of thermal power generation. If a condenser is detected and evaluated using detection equipment, there is a need to increase cost investment on one hand, and on the other hand, real-time evaluation is hard to realize. A standard data fitting model and a contrast data fitting model are built using a statistical analysis method according to unit load, circulating pump operation combination, low-pressure cylinder exhaust steam temperature, circulating water outlet temperature and circulating water inlet temperature data to get the comprehensive heat transfer performance condition of a condenser, and the amplitude of variation in heat transfer performance of the condenser is obtained through difference comparison of the two models. Through the method, the heat transfer performance of a condenser can be evaluated comprehensively, the performance of a condenser can be monitored in real time, and the cost and investment are low.
