一种砂壁状荧光水性涂料及其制备方法。所述荧光涂料包含树脂包裹荧光砂，其中所述树脂包裹荧光砂由如下组分制得：30-60目雪花白天然彩砂，树脂胶黏剂，荧光颜料。本发明通过将荧光颜料包裹到砂的表面既解决了荧光颜料遇水不稳定的缺点，同时增加了砂壁状涂料的墙面装饰效果，营造出具有立体效果的荧光涂料效果。

The invention discloses sand-wall like fluorescent water-based paint and a preparation method thereof. The fluorescent paint comprises resin coated fluorescent sand, wherein the resin coated fluorescent sand is prepared from the following components: 30 to 60-mesh snow white natural color sand, resin adhesives and fluorescent pigment. According to the invention, the fluorescent pigment is wrapped to the surface of sand to solve the defect of instability of the fluorescent pigment while meeting water, and further increase the wall decoration effect of the sand-wall like paint so as to build out the three-dimensional fluorescent paint effect.
