The invention provides a synthetic method for a triaryl substituted chiral compound as shown in a formula (1) which is described in the specification. The synthetic method comprises the following steps: reacting 2-(aryl(p-toluenesulfonyl)methyl)phenol as shown in a formula (2) described in the specification with 2-naphthol as shown in a formula (3) described in the specification in a water-oil two-phase system under the action of an acid-binding agent and a chiral catalyst; carrying out TLC tracking monitoring until the reaction is complete; and treating a reaction solution so as to obtain the product triaryl substituted chiral compound as shown in the formula (1) which is described in the specification. According to the invention, the chiral catalyst containing at least one tertiary amine or nitrogen squaric acid function group is used as a catalysis system; the reaction is carried out in the water-oil two-phase system; and post-treatment and separation are carried out so as to obtain the triaryl substituted chiral compound which can be applied to the fields like medicine and pesticide as an important organic intermediate. The method provided by the invention is low in solvent pollution, fast in reaction speed, high in yield and good in asymmetric selectivity, uses widely available reaction substrates and cheap and easily available reaction reagents, and has important application value.
