The present invention discloses an integrated power supply module of ultralow static loss. The integrated power supply module comprises an input control circuit with an input voltage of DC9-DC80V, a DC/DC conversion circuit, and an output circuit with an output voltage of DC3.3V-DC36V. The input control circuit controls a non-load quiescent current below 0.01mA. The DC/DC conversion circuit is used for input and output electrical isolation, and outputting different powers and voltages according to a TTL signal. A switch transistor Q2 is controlled to be on and off according to a TTL control signal. When the TTL has no control signal, and a gate of the switch transistor Q2 has no voltage, the switch transistor Q2 is off, an input end loop is open, and the non-load quiescent current of an input control circuit is merely 10 [mu]A.
