The invention provides a multi-port power switch based on AC-DC hybrid distribution and utilization. The power switch comprises an electrical physical layer and an electrical information layer, wherein the electrical physical layer is composed of a power electronics solid state module, a solid state module controller, a protection and drive module, a monitoring and sensing module, an internal power supply module, a power interface module and a power storage module, and the electrical information layer is composed of an intelligent control module, a communication module and an upper layer management and application module. The management of a unified grid-connection function of a distributed power supply in a power distribution network is achieved, a uniform DC and AC circuit is established, and uniform power quality control and uniform energy management are achieved.
