The invention relates to a data collection device for a user terminal of a wind-PV-ES hybrid system, and the device is installed nearby the user terminal of the wind-PV-ES hybrid system. According to the data collection device provided by the invention, measurement part and a main unit part are arranged separately and connected through a signal line. The main unit part employs a single-chip microcomputer system, and is provided with an input processing circuit. The input processing circuit is used for the preliminary processing of an output signal of a sensor and the input signals of analog-digital conversion, level conversion and isolation of single-chip microcomputers. If some metering items or some functions are needed later, corresponding sensors can be directly added, and then output signal lines of the sensors are connected to the corresponding interfaces of the single-chip microcomputer system. The device is provided with an output processing circuit, thereby facilitating the transmission of a signal to the network.
