The invention relates to a mixing technology improving dispersity of a binding agent. The RA65 binding agent, N375 carbon black and TR551 rubber are mixed and then milled into two-stage rubber TR552. According to the proportions of all the components, the RA65 binding agent accounts for 5 parts and the N375 carbon black accounts for 5 parts by taking 100 parts of the TR552 rubber as the standard. According to the milling conditions, milling is conducted for 50 s to 60 s in a milling machine with the rotating speed ranging from 34 r/min to 36 r/min at the pressure ranging from 0.31 MPa to 0.41 MPa. In the milling process, empty lifting of materials is conducted for 10 s to 20 s at the rotating speed ranging from 17 r/min to 19 r/min when milling is conducted for 35 s to 45 s, then the materials are milled continuously at the rotating speed ranging from 34 r/min to 36 r/min, and finally empty lifting is conducted under the condition of the temperature ranging from 140 DEG C to 150 DEG C, and the two-stage rubber TR552 is discharged. The mixing technology has the beneficial effects that the RA65 binding agent and the N375 carbon black are added into the TR551 rubber to be mixed, the rotating speed of the milling machine is increased by 0.75 time so that the RA65 binding agent can be further dispersed into the materials, and therefore finished TR557 rubber good in dispersity can be prepared.
