The invention provides a determination method for a conglomerate oil reservoir polymer-flooding relative permeability curve. The determination method comprises the following steps that 1, the total water cut fw of a polymer-flooding oil well is calculated; 2, a first-level linear fitting relational expression y1=ax+b is established, and fitting parameters a and b are obtained; 3, the polymer-flooding oil-water relative permeability ratios Kro/Krw under different polymer-flooding water saturations Sw are calculated according to a relational expression Kro/Krw=me<-nSw> between the relative permeability and the polymer-flooding water saturations; 4, a second-level linear fitting relational expression y2=k1x1+k2x2+k3 is established, and fitting parameters k1, k2 and k3 are obtained; 5, the oil-water two-phase relative permeability Kro and Krw under the different polymer-flooding water saturations Sw are calculated; 6, a polymer-flooding oil-water two-phase relative permeability curve is drawn. According to the determination method for the conglomerate oil reservoir polymer-flooding relative permeability curve, the more precise conglomerate oil reservoir polymer-flooding relative permeability curve can be quickly obtained, the cost is reduced, the efficiency is high, and the workload is greatly decreased.
