The invention discloses a linear moving and area covering targeted positioning ball injection device. The linear moving and area covering targeted positioning ball injection device comprises a condenser water chamber shell, directional guide rails, electric push rods, condenser pipe plates, a ball injector, positioning tackles and a connecting rod type ball injection pipe. The electric push rods are fixed to the condenser water chamber shell, and moving parts of the electric push rods stretch in and are fixed in the condenser water chamber shell to be connected with the ball injector and the positioning tackles. The positioning tackles are connected with the directional guide rails in a sliding manner and can move vertically along the directional guide rails to maintain proper gaps with the directional guide rails. The directional guide rails are arranged in the condenser water chamber shell, the left directional guide rail is parallel to the right directional guide rail, and the two directional guide rails are parallel to the condenser pipe plates. The ball injector is connected with the electric push rods and the positioning tackles and keeps a fixed gap with the condenser pipe plates when moving. A ball inlet of the connecting rod type ball injection pipe is formed in the outer portion of the condenser water chamber shell, a moving part of the connecting rod type ball injection pipe is installed in the condenser water chamber shell, an outlet of the connecting rod type ball injection pipe is connected with the ball injector, and an outlet of the ball injector communicates with cooling pipes through sealing devices, wherein the cooling pipes are arranged on the condenser pipe plates.
