The invention relates to a nanometer molybdenum disilicide containing clutch facing assembly and a manufacturing method. The nanometer molybdenum disilicide containing clutch facing assembly comprises a steel sheet. The front face and the back face of the steel sheet are in vulcanization connection with a facing. A high-strength composite wire formed by spinning 22 Kg of FKF complex mineral fiber, 8 Kg of ceramic fiber, 15 Kg of aromatic polyamide fiber, 15 Kg of polyacrylonitrile fiber, 5 Kg of high-abrasion-resistance brass wires, 20 Kg of sepiolite fiber and 15 Kg of nylon wires is utilized and then is knitted into composite cloth 100 Kg in weight and 1 m in width. The composite cloth is coated with a coating and subjected to air drying till the composite cloth is not sticky for the hand. The composite cloth is shorn into long cloth with the width being 10 mm, and the long cloth is wound into the facing of a disc structure. The disc facing material is placed in a lower die, the steel sheet is placed, and the front face and the back face of the steel sheet are painted with FH11-128 adhesive cement in a brushing manner. The disc facing material is placed on the steel sheet, and an upper die is pressed on the steel sheet. Electric heating is conducted, a press is started, and the non-riveted type automobile clutch facing is obtained through vulcanization forming.
