The invention discloses a rail three-throw turnout which comprises point rails, fork cores, a straight rail and two side rails located on the two sides of the straight rail. The two pairs of point rails are arranged. The fork cores comprise the three-throw fork core and the two-throw fork core. The straight rail is arranged at the joint position of a monorail on one side of the straight rail and two monorails on the inner sides of the two side rails. One pair of point rails are arranged at the inlet end of the straight rail, and the other pair of point rails are arranged at the front end of the three-throw fork core. The two-throw fork core is arranged at the joint position of the monorail on the other side of the straight rail and the monorail on the inner side of one side rail behind the three-throw fork core. The rail three-throw turnout is small in occupied area, convenient to arrange, high in land use rate, low in engineering cost and stable and reliable in whole structure.
