一种双面异色无胶棉的生产方法，通过同时采用两组喂棉机、开松机、混棉箱、梳理机和铺网机，对两组组配料进行分别梳理横向铺网，共同纵向输出从而形成双面异色无胶棉。双面异色无胶棉可适应双面颜色不一样的被套、衣服等填充，不仅美观，而且很好的回弹力又可以亲近皮肤使用。

The invention provides a method for producing double-side different-color glue-free cotton. Two cotton feeders, an opener, a blending box, a carding machine and a lapping machine are adopted at the same time, and two groups of components are carded, subjected to transverse lapping respectively and longitudinally output together to form the double-side different-color glue-free cotton. The double-side different-color glue-free cotton can adapt to filling of quilt covers, clothes and the like with the two sides in different colors, is attractive, has good resilience and can be used close to skin.
