The invention discloses a production method of a viral, fungal and biological insect prevention organic fertilizer, and relates to the technical field of biologic treatment of insect breeding residues in insect virus production. The production method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing an insect feed; 2, carrying out group breeding on early-stage health larvae; 3, carrying out virus inoculation and virus propagation; 4, collecting residual feed with insect viruses; and 5, preparing the viral, fungal and biological insect prevention organic fertilizer according to a formula. The residual feed contains wide-spectrum insect viruses, and a small amount of nematicidal fungi is added, so the prepared viral, fungal and biological insect prevention organic fertilizer has good application prospect and good market development values; the viral, fungal and biological organic fertilizer effectively prevent and control underground pests, increases organic matters, improves the granular structure of soil, fertilizes the soil fertility, improves the quality of crops, improves the output of per unit of area, and recovers ecologic balance; and the organic fertilizer can effectively control harmful insects and root-knot nematodes according to a dosage of several to 10 kilograms/666.6 m<2>, and effectively improves the output and the output value per unit of area.
