The invention particularly discloses a method for preparing manganese sulfate from oil refining waste acid. The method comprises the following steps: taking the oil refining waste acid generated during separation in the petrochemical industry; by virtue of oxidizability of an oxidizing agent such as potassium permanganate, MnO2, manganese oxide ore and electrolytic manganese anode slag, under a strongly acidic condition in a certain liquid-solid ratio, oxidizing unsaturated organic matter into CO2 and H2O, reducing high-valence Mn into Mn<2+> which enters a solution to generate a manganese sulfate solution, concentrating and crystallizing to obtain a MnSO4 product. By the method, under the premise of ensuring that the manganese sulfate product is qualified, the oil refining waste acid can be effectively utilized; the operability is high, the utilization rate of acid and the recycling rate of metal Mn are high, and the production cost is reduced.
