The invention relates to the technical field of energy supplying devices special for pipeline seal belts, in particular to an energy supplying device for a pipeline seal belt. The energy supplying device for a pipeline seal belt comprises a direct current source, an oscillating circuit, a shell and a function module. The function module comprises an output plug, a connection wire and a switch. The direct current source is connected with the oscillating circuit. The oscillating circuit is connected with the output plug through the connection wire. The switch controls opening and closing of the direct current source.
