The invention provides a robot-assisted full-automatic inlay injection molding system. The system comprises a robot carrier carrying component, an automatic needle inserting component, an automatic injection molding component, an automatic packaging system and an assembly line type carrier circular carrying component. According to the whole system, the automatic needle inserting component and a needle extraction machine are inlaid into the assembly line type carrier circular carrying component to form a whole body; one side of the assembly line type carrier circular carrying component is connected with the injection molding system through a first robot, and the other side of the assembly line type carrier circular carrying component is connected with the automatic packaging system through a second robot; all components are driven in a unified manner through a controller, and therefore the complete full-automatic inlay injection molding system is formed.
